#1) First Test: Header Changes
SxS had a massive header that appears on ever page. It had a ton of content that was helpful for the users. I made some changes to the images and text, leading to a small win. The important thing about this test is it gave me valuable data to create another, more successful test after this. See test #3

#2) Second Test: Added Review Widget
SxS had a few reviews, but none displayed on their site. To build user trust I added a few great reviews and comments that they had received in the past onto their product page. This resulted in:
- 12.33% Increased Conversion Rate
- $24.52 Increase in Average Order Value
- + $28,864.42 in Revenue
#3) Third Test [Mobile]: Removed Header from Collection Pages
The first test lead into me testing removing the header from the collection page, as the user doesn't need as much information on those pages. It also took up a lot of scrolling room on mobile device, causing the user to see less product. This resulted in:
- 13% Increased Conversion Rate
- $36.21 Decrease in Average Order Value
- + $350.90 in Revenue
The AOV may have decreased in this particular test, however, the Conversion Rate increasing by 13% results in a higher long term value, making the slight decrease almost negligible.
